Hi guys had a delightful email from Bethesda to tell me my account has been banned for duping/cheating.

Just to be 100% clear I have never duped or cheated on this game or any game as I like to complete everything on my own in all games.

When I challenged this (politely) they said they were upholding their decision as I had used third party software to dupe/cheat. I have no third party software on my pc other than antivirus and standard Google drive, Dropbox, Microsoft products etc.

I'm a day 1 player and have fallout 1st, purchased many items from the atomic store and completed both of the runs. I have over 800 hours in the game and have livestreamed the majority of the last year's game play since Wastelanders cooped with Xaine from xainesworld.com. Just by this they would be able to see there is no duping/cheating.

I have offered for them to remote access my pc to check this third party software I apparently have but they just ignore me.

After challenging again I was told that their system has highlighted 'egregious offenses on this account' so they wouldn't reverse the ban! However they won't tell me or give me any evidence of this.

Does anyone know how I can get this looked into by a human with a brain rather than a clearly faulty computer program as I'm super upset that all the game time and progress that I have made legitimately over the last year is gone!

I would even offer to send my pc to Bethesda as I'm 100% certain there is no third party cheating software!

Any help would be appreciated 🤞

Hey there, a few things you can currently check:

  1. Is your support ticket still open?
  2. If it is, follow up with the last response you received but don't spam or send multiple responses.
  3. If it isn't, you can open a new support ticket and detail the situation.

A support team member is the only person who'd be able to help with your account currently.
