They say that scrapping them will return them to their default outfits. I would assume this puts your outfit you gave them in your stash, but, you never know...
Yes, technically apparel you give your Ally never leaves your Stash, similar to assigning items to your Vending Machines. When you scrap your Ally Station, they will return to their default outfit and any clothing you had given them will still be in your Stash. Hope that clears it up!
Hmmm... I didn't see anything in there that fixes the weeds popping through foundations and such. This was fixed pre-Wastelanders, but returned when Wastelanders dropped.

We're still actively working on the Vending Machine and Display Case issue, so they will remain disabled after maintenance today. We want to release that fix as soon as we possibly can, and we will hotfix once it is ready to go.

Nah it’s the quest where you’ve gotta read the back of the photo of Rosalynn’s Memorial and I picked it up outside of the quest so I can’t read it

Well I like to rely on Gatling lasers as my primary weapon, since it's so easy to get fusion cores. Then I pull out others for harder enemies, like my flamer for instance :)
