Your character will transfer between platforms but your atoms will not. They are on whatever platform you earned them on. Welcome to the community!

I got my alt from level 18 to 47 and finished the raider's quest on her! (Did Foundation on my main.) Great time :)

Yes! Your atoms will stay on the bnet launcher, but any new one you earn on Steam will be on the Steam launcher. Your progress will carry over as well.

A couple of answers for you here:
- I believe you will lose those creation club items if you unlink your account, sadly.
- Your atoms will stay on the Bnet launcher so you'll just have to spend them over there but any new atoms that you earn or buy while playing on Steam will be on Steam.
