Good morning or night, you may not know me, but I've been here for a long time by this point.

I suppose I will cut to the chase, I want to know if there is a way for me to help the development team? I know I could just fill out a job application, but I have a few issues when it comes to that. You see, this may be asking for a lot, but this is the only video game where I actually am interested in he;ping to create it. I have been trying contribute what I could to the community since the first half of 2017, back when the game launched. There was a period of time where I left the Forum and went to other platforms. From there, I gained new ideas, insights, and other ways of thinking. Since then, I have become a much more mature person willing to take any reasoning into account. If you are at all interested at looking at the other platforms I had, it was the For Honor Amino and the Reddit under the same username here.
I expressed earlier that I have a few issues when it comes to full-on job application, I will go ahead and list them here:

1. I have not worked on any video game before
2. I cannot speak French well, so going to Montreal will be an issue for me
3. Most likely, I don't have the real qualifications for getting any position at all in the team.

So those reasons make me a very bad person to have on an otherwise professional team. However, I do feel like I can contribute something, and that thing is ideas. More specifically, concept ideas. I take careful consideration when it comes to making future plans for the game. Of course, I mainly write them out and keep them to myself, but some times I collaborate with others and post my ideas. I feel like, if you would go through my history through this community, it will be easy to see that I am committed to this game in one way or another. If you need immediate proof, I suggest looking at the link below:

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1...it?usp=sharing

You may have already seen it before, but just in case, I decided to list the entire thing up above. It details a 64-page concept on the entire second game. I personally feel like that is a good reference to show just how important this game means to me, and of course making sure that ideas still keep the game's identity.
If you were to look through it, or through my history, you will begin to see that I do have some biases when it comes to this game. Since then, I have become a much more tame person, and if I somehow get into a helping position, I will try to focus on the good of the game- rather than the good of my opinions. After all, the point of making games is not to please yourself at the end of the day, but instead to make a place where everyone is happy.

So, I may not able to score a real job at Montreal, or for this game. What I am humbly asking for is some position to where I can create concepts for you guys when you wish, and I can show you some that I've made. I heard that people get paid for things like that, but for me the satisfaction is in the game itself, not the pay.
I know this is an unorthodox question for this topic, and it is definitely a hard sell, but is there any chance for a minor unofficial position of aid for the game? It seems to be possible, as other community members claim to have Ubisoft's backing like the youtuber MarcoYolo, who doesn't officially affiliate as a staff member, but still helps the game in any way that he can. That is all that I am asking for.

Thank you for reading.

Respectfully,
Ian S

Hi Ian S,

Thank you for contacting us.

While we appreciate your passion, we are not able to accept any ideas or suggestions. Our Ideas Policy goes into further details, which you can see at the bottom of the page here.

In terms of working on our titles, this is only possible through a career with Ubisoft.

Thanks for getting back to us, Ian.

Apologies for any disappoint caused by our answer.

It's worth taking a look at some testimonials around how certain game developers got into the field, as many times it can give a good idea of the kind of experience required. I know that there are also a number of courses that look to provide people with the first steps in getting into the industry that it may be looking up.
