[2023] Impossible to abort quests while neighborly helpers are active

So, it seems like I misunderstood the change when I wrote the Daily Changelog for that day. It is actually intended, that the abort button is always deactivated, when using aid all to prevent other issues (quest progress not counting correctly, quest solving themselves without meeting the requirement). I will update the Daily Changelog.
