This issue has been reported. You should get the next quest at midnight server time.  

Looks like the SAJM buildings have not been added to the production carousel. I tested the Expedition Bubble, too.
I'll report it.

Are your other production buildings event buildings or regular ones from the building menu?  

Are you using the newest Beta App Version? It should be fixed if I remember correctly.

Thanks for reporting back on this. Looks like the issue resolved itself.  

I personally do not have any issues with Brave or Firefox. Bought something from the shelves, started selling, bid..
Maybe some specific item on the shelves broke it?
Can you write a ticket to support so they can check what you're selling and what is on the shelves?

Please only create the ticket once the issue is solved. As I explained, you will just lose them again.
If we are able to give them back automatically to everyone is not yet decided.

Have a look at the Daily Changelog. Please create a ticket, when the issue is fixed. If we would restore the points now, they will be gone after the next fight. So we will have to wait for the fix.  

Actually, it seems like the issue is triggered by changing your attacking army. So it is not connected to the other issue.

Update: It is always broken when having a construction site of a military building in your city. However for some similar issues occur, when they only have a unconnected military building. After receiving further information and testing it seems like the issue is not caused by disconnected military buildings, but by construction sites from military buildings. if you have any, please delete them from your city until the issue is fixed.  

The issue seems to be related to disconnected military buildings in the city.
Can you try to remove or connect the buildings?
