Creative v16.50 Update - XL Islands, Large Team Support, and More!

The v16.50 Fortnite Creative update brings the Spatial Thermometer and Extra Large Islands to allow you to build bigger, better experiences for your players. Along with these, this patch sees all devices updated to support up to 50 teams and the device Channel limit being increased to 200!

Fortnite x NBA Team Battles Tasks Not Updating

The tasks issues for the Fortnite x NBA Team Battle have been resolved. All tasks should now appear properly.

We’re seeing what we can do to fix this, but in the meantime, we can confirm affected players are still making progress towards the tasks on the backend.

Task 1 - Play 24 minutes in any regular mode (Solo, Duos, Trios, Squads)

Task 2 - Make 5 Eliminations in any regular mode (Solo, Duos, Trios, Squads)

If the visual bug is not resolved, we’ll update each day with the latest tasks.

Note: Team “Members” contribute 1,000 points to the team for each task, whereas “Fans “ contribute 1 point.

Description We’re investigating an issue with Fortnite x NBA Team Battles where some players cannot see the current Challenge Task. If you can’t see Task 2, make sure to complete Task 1.
