[2021] Performance Mode After the 16.10 Update

Here's a quick update on Performance Mode after 16.10

Builds - The visual state of player-built-structures in previous updates, which many of you referred to as “bubble wrap builds”, was never intended to be the final look. These high Mesh structures were meant to be the same when using Performance mode or not.

Performance Mode storm visibility - The ability to see through the storm without impairment while on Performance Mode is considered a bug and something we are going to change in a future update. Stay tuned.
