I have the new iPad 2018, runs great on everything so it's definitely not a problem on my device.

For about 3 days now, I experience lag and FPS drops every seconds or so, and both using my WiFi and my 4G, I still get high ping every few seconds and packet loss. I NEVER had this problem before, this is a first for me and it's just unplayable now. All the other battle royal games I play have no issues at all, so don't tell me it's because my WiFi, 4G or my new IPad has a problem....

I'm just so sad and frustrated, I spent several hundred dollars on this game, yet it is the most bugged game I have ever witnessed. What I just can't comprehend is that it was so much better in season 7, how is it possible to add more bugs everytime you add an update. On top of that you add switch players in our servers, and I'm pretty sure this created a lot of bugs as well.

I know it's a free to play game, but so many of us invested time and money and I feel that you don't respect us as much as PS4 and PC players... I'm not ever sure you respect us at all...I'm just sad...

Gonna quit this game for now and if it gets properly fixed I might come back, but yeah I just don't have the patience anymore to cope with all those issues on fortnite mobile, and believe me I tried...

I'm so sorry for the recent experience you've been having with performance issues. I'd love to get some info from you to help us better identify what may be causing this.

  • What's your device, the exact model?

  • What's your username? This will help us collect logs to provide us additional information.

  • Do you experience this level of FPS consistently or is it drops of FPS during certain scenarios/situations

  • When did this start happening for you?

Additionally, I'm not sure your exact model is yet, but you mentioned it is a new iPad. I wanted to mention that we have some performance improvements coming in for the iPad Mini 4 in the v8.50 update.

If anyone else is experiencing this, please feel free to leave additional comments with answers to the above questions. Thanks
