[2021] Can someone help? When I try to land I teleport across half the map =( it's ruining FN for me.

Hey everyone. I play on PC, my PC is pretty good, cyberpower and ram is nowhere near full.

When I play, everything is fine at first, until I jump off the bus. Sometimes it lags immediately but usually it does totally fine until I'm close to landing, and then it just starts bugging. It will not let me skydive or redeploy my glider or move or turn in any direction, I'm just stuck floating straight down with my glider. Then it appears that my character stops gliding and I'm just standing with my pickaxe as I fall through the air. Then a second later I'm actually already landed and standing on the ground and in a totally different spot than where I was skydiving towards. It's really ruining my games, I can't play squads or trios =(

Second issue is that my game will be fine, but then about 40% of the time when I begin fighting with someone it just becomes laggy and choppy. I'm very confused as I can run anything easily on this pc, and I only have about 5 games downloaded on it, out of which only 2 of them use a lot of space.

Last question: running. I'm struggling with running in this game. It's set to left shift for me, and I press it, but once I stop pressing it I go back to walking or the slow run, so I tried holding shift instead, and that doesn't work either, well it will work after I push it 2-3 times, but this has gotten me killed so many times. What am I doing wrong here?
