Hey there /r/FortNiteBR,

The Nexus War continues!

The v14.60 update arrives November 18. Downtime will start at approx. 4 AM ET (09:00 UTC).

With v14.60, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 players will be able to compete in tournaments.

EDIT 12:00 AM ET: We have started deploying servers that should allow Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S players to connect to matches again. Cross platform partying will still be unavailable until 4am ET.

EDIT 9:15 PM ET: The 14.60 Xbox update (Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S) has unexpectedly deployed early. We are investigating implications and will provide updates as soon as we can.

Server downtime is still scheduled for approx. 4 AM ET (09:00 UTC). Until v14.60 is live everywhere, Xbox players may not be able to party or matchmake across platforms. Team continues to work and we'll update if there's new info.

My question is how on Earth did it happen? No offence u/gstaffEpic about it, I just genuinely want to know.

The team will do an internal post mortem to understand it. Hope to learn something for next time.
