[2020] New Fortnite Crew Subscription not working. Charged but not given anything. Anyone else?

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the new Fortnite Crew Subscription? I purchased it through my Samsung Galaxy phone. All I got was charged and an error which I will post screenshots to. I did not receive the v-bucks or the exclusive crew skins or anything. I also don't have the Battle Pass. I contacted Epic Games support and they told me to contact Samsung and Samsung said to contact Epic Games. I'm super pissed. I purchased this subscription and have got nothing and can't get a Has anyone else purchased the Crew Subscription? Has anyone who purchased it received their exclusive outfit and other items? Purchase error and email from Epic.

Our teams are still actively investigating the issue that’s affecting purchases on Samsung devices. We continue to attempt to reproduce this error on our end, and to help our investigation efforts, we are adding additional logging capabilities to our 15.10 update, which should help us get more granular information as to what might be happening.

We will be making sure that all items are rightfully delivered, along with an additional make-good compensation once we are positive the problem is sorted.
