u/FreightTrainUSA it has now been 8 days since the first screenshot of this exact same issue was posted. That same day you commented you would look into it and give an update later.
In the meantime a significant number of people have been reporting the same issue, along with photographic evidence. Can we get that update now ?
The matchmaking team is aware of these reports. I brought this up to them when the first report was posted. The player reports that followed have helped the team look to determine what is actually happening. This is still an on going issue that is being investigated. More reports via the feedback button are always helpful if you happen to see this.
When I get updates i will be sure to share them.

As a workaround to exit this mode you can do the following:

That was removed by design, it was felt that there was no need for two buttons that do the same thing. We working through the menu's to all have an "X" button to close vs the X and close button.

Update here, def a bug with lighting here when changing graphics settings while you're in-game. We're looking to have a fix in for v9.30. Appreciate y'all surfacing the issue to us! :)

What about Xbox controllers? Currently, you can’t crouch normally. Will that be updated before the public release of iOS/iPadOS 13?
Full controller support is being looked at but will coincide with iOS 13. I do not have details on if that means the launch of iOS 13 or shortly after its release and testing is completed.

This would not be a different patch, v9.20.1 is the current patch available that helps with the current stability issues.
