Not sure, but I know that's the reason why you took 200 dmg from those clingers

Anytime you run into an issue reporting it in game is helpful because it gives us your player logs that help identify what could be causing the issue.
Also, thank you for using the setting that allows us to see where you are touching on screen. This is very helpful when looking at videos like this and others.

Again, this is not a bug. You cannot adjust the Menu size. You can only adjust the HUD size
Does “PC device swap issues” mean I can plug in my headset after launching the game and have audio? If so, this is a great change!
Yes, this means you will be able to plug in a headset or other new audio device after the game is running and still have audio.
