I believe the numbers, I just find them crazy, since it’s pretty much the opposite for me(100% so far of hero games and ~25% of chitauri games). Are the numbers very different depending on region/console or are they pretty close?
Teams are pretty even on PC, Thanos pulls ahead on console (easier to aim the Chitauri laser). We balance across all of them though, can't really do per device balancing in the modes :)

UPDATE: Thanks for all the responses! That's enough for us to investigate this further. We think we know what has happened and we'll get you guys sorted out as soon as possible. Nothing will be required on your end we'll just work on adding the contents back to the accounts. We're terribly sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
