I can confrirm that the RNG, weighting, and task definitions have not been touched for this Campaign. There is a list of tasks that the game can randomly choose from, and this week we saw an combination which stopped players from completing the tasks early due to the timing of Dungeons and the Adventure Board.

I have passed on the player sentiment to the developers and they are looking into it. Unfortunately I don’t have anything else to add at this time while it’s being discussed.

(Also sorry for this post going missing for about 2-3 minutes! I accidentally deleted it and had to restore it. My apologies, I don’t know how that happened? All sorted now though.)

I can confirm that our support is very backed up. Technical issues, purchase issues, and account recoveries take priority over our other ticket types.

No word on dates for the update, which is on brand.

Got an update already, our team has figured out what is causing this issue. They are working on a fix and are hoping to have it out in a few days. (Depending on whether it’s a server side fix.)

There is a list of possible Campaign tasks, and RNG selects tasks from that list. I have passed the feedback onto the team, and they are looking into it for the future.

When I know more I will post again.

Hello team, we have a few comments here about the game crashing in training battles, but we don’t have much info. Could you please let us know the following?

• Is there a common troop being used?

• Is there a particular player people are training against, or is it random?

• How are you accessing the training battle? (Hero menu, defense team, chat)?

• Are you all getting Cliffy errors?

• What platform are you playing?

This issue is fixed in 5.4. (We just implemented a fix.)
