No achievements unlocking anymore

On a separate note, since we're here and you're so helpful.
Do you have any advice on who I can contact at Obsidian to get my PoE2 working?

A. it does not sync my steam cloud all of a sudden. Tried every possible trick in the book.
B. It is impossible to manually save. Also spent 10-15h working on it, I went as far as editing the registry and forcing it to manually save.

Long story short, nobody replies on Obsidian forums, and nobody knows here, and I cannot play Poe2 at all. Thanks Options!

I don't much about PoE, but I suggest submitted a support ticket to get this fixed.
