@Tamaki41383473 There was a particular issue where the larva would spawn in giant numbers, which caused gameplay issues for some players. You should still see some of them roaming around, but not caves filled with them as some players found. 🙂

@TFCritique There was a misunderstanding when I wrote the patch notes. You will still need to go out and hunt a lot of the larva down if you experienced this issue, but after that, you should not encounter it again. Sorry for the confusion!

@MrAndyYung I apologize for this! There was a misunderstanding when I wrote the notes, and this is not the case. You will need to go on a hunting spree to get the larva numbers down yourself, but we fixed their spawn rates so this should not happen again! I updated the notes to reflect this.

@Noah_mueller45 It should! When you update, load up that save and check! Also, if it happens again, just reload the save and it should go back to normal. 👍

@GodDamnItsChris I mean, they may still appear, but hopefully not as often and as persistent! 🙂 If you notice that the change makes it so they never show up, please let us know! We are constantly working and tweaking things, so all the feedback helps!

Also, if you are experiencing crashing issues while trying to kill insects, please check to see if you have the Kill Mosquitoes quest in your quest log and abandon it (you can do this by talking to BURG.L). That should resolve this issue.

For anyone who is experiencing time freezing in their game, the Oak Tree Lab doors not opening, resources not respawning, etc., please try logging out of your game and then loading back in. This should fix this while we continue to investigate.

@Schillaa2 They should definitely be respawning and we are trying to find out why they aren't for some people. Hopefully we can figure this out soon so you can gather those resources!
