[2021] Magical supply change

For those who bring [Advanced Depot], when your current magazine is full and you bring the scroll, your magazine is always full while you are consuming spare ammo. So you can regain the ammo per kill instead of wasting the bonus.

And the number of ammo returned is based on how many ammo consumed per shot, if you consume 2 bullets per shot with some insc. it will return 2 ammos when magical supply is triggered, otherwise it will give you 1 bullet regardless of how many enemies you killed in one shot.
