Gunfire Reborn 8.28 Update Announcement
Hello everyone!
In this update, we have supported the mechanism that the difficulty of the game will be reduced in the next stage based on the remaining number of players if a team member exits the game in team mode. Regarding the issue that the team will be disbanded if the host leaves, we are still working on optimization. We will support the host switch in the future update, so stay tuned.
We have also fixed some archive and crash issues, and we are still verifying other causes of such issues. Please give us more time. Thank you for you understanding and support.

Interface UI:
- Optimize the length of the stage name displayed in the minimap
- Adjust the calculation method of the total damage of the battle in the player information interface to make the calculation result consistent with the player damage displayed on the team stats panel
- Replace the artistic font of "Qing Yan"
- Optimize the notification when the number of archives reaches the limit
- Automatically exit the chat window when the cutscene ends
Special Effects & Model:
- Add the gradient effect to the model of Corrupt Monk when its afterimage appears
- Adjust the halo effects of Umbrella Spirit
- Optimize weapon inscription - lightning ball attack effects
- Optimize the attack effects of Talisman's secondary skill
- Optimize the performance of Qing Yan's leap skill
- Optimize the reload performance of Sting
Sound effects:
- Optimize Ao Bai's footsteps
- Optimize the sound effect of poison arrow explosion of Sting
Level:
- In team mode, if a team member exits the game, the difficulty of the game will be reduced in the next stage based on the remaining number of people
- Optimize the auto-lock mechanism of Rainbow and Talisman, and now support locking the jellyfish summoned by Yoruhime-Maru
- Add bottles in some vaults
- Optimize spawn positions of the elite monsters when the elite monster challenge event is triggered in the nightmare difficulty
Other systems:
- Adjustment over unlock requirement for Demonlore:
(1)Previous: Kill [Arrogant Lobster] 100 times with Fire DMG, Now: Kill [Arrogant Lobster] 60 times with Fire DMG
For players who have already met the new requirement, after this update, they only need to kill one Arrogant Lobster with Fire DMG to unlock Demonlore
- Adjustment over some inscriptions:
(1)Delete inscription "Projectiles +2, but Ammo Consumption +200%"
(2)Change inscription "Projectiles +1, Consumption +100%" as Exclusive Inscription
- NPC chest that players exchange occult scroll won't drop given occult scroll any more
- Optimize the detail and wording of Korean and German. Fix some notification errors of elite monsters
BUG Fixes:
- Fix the issue that Golden Bow, Prism and Glimmering can't be reloaded under certain circumstances so players can't fire them
- Fix the issue that if players throw Concealed Ammo, switching weapons will make the thrown weapon disappeared
- Fix the issue that Golden Bow can't open the entrance of the vault
- Fix the issue that when Qing Yan has "Hail of Bullets" ascension, the icon of such ascension appears in status bar without actual effect if reload is interrupted
- Fix the issue that under certain circumstances, Qing Yan's leap may be interrupted by dash
- Fix the issue that if Qing Yan uses leap when scope is on, FOV is abnormally large after the leap
- Fix the issue that in third person perspective, the special effect of Qing Yan's skill is abnormal
- Fix the issue that talent "Inscription Collector" actual increasing chance is abnormal
- Fix the issue that model of Bandit Retainer may disappear under certain circumstances
- Fix the issue that if players trigger the cutscene during the movement, the footstep still exists
- Fix the issue that there is no sound at the checkout page when the game is over
- Fix the issue that UI interface is abnormal if players don't assign key for hotkey
- Fix the issue that in guidance, Spearman acts abnormally after jumping over the timber
- Fix the issue that during the transition cutscene of Yoruhime-Maru, the countdown of knocked down players continues and the monster still moves
- Fix the issue that pressing ESC during cutscene may lose the crosshair
- Fix the issue that there is no notice of challenge success after players complete challenges in some vaults
- Fix the issue that challenge event "Continue to be injured and defeat enemies to get healing!" won't deal damage to Qing Yan's armor
- Fix the issue that players can't unlock Umbrella Spirit in the logbook
- Fix the issue that players can't unlock the monster which is killed by explosive barrels
- Fix the issue that players can't move in some locations in Basement of Longling, Anxi Desert-Stage 3 and Duo Fjord-Stage 3
- Fix the issue that text chat is abnormal after players leave the team
- Fix the issue that players can still see the team text chat after leaving the team
