Hello, have you tried to launch the game with administrator? (Right click the executable gunfire reborn.exe at the installation folder, and choose to run the game with administrator)
If not you can send the logfile (located at the game installation folder/logfile) and the crash report (located at C:/User/Username/AppData/Local/Temp/duoyi/GunfireReborn/Crashes) to us with Google Drive or any cloud sharing website. We can investigate it afterwards.
