[2021] Qing Yang Nerf Needed

Hello and thank you for your idea on it.
When it comes to nerfing something, we'd like to take it more seriously because it may cause some kind of backlash if we do it wrong. And we are continously checking reviews and discussions about the nerf to the Tiger.
If it needs nerfing, what minor nerfs would you and other players accept?
(By the way, the above statements would not represent or hint that the build is going to be nerfed)
