[2021] Black Screen Issue on Area 3

Hello, could you offer the log on these problem runs to us via cloud drive? And have you reinstalled the game to other location and update graphic driver?

For log: Make your way to game installation folder/logfile. Here you can find all logs with the timestamps, you then can remember when the issue happened and send all possible logs to me.

I have done the suggested resolutions and still experiencing same issue.

It would be for all the dates in the logfile, so 2021-10-17, 2021-10-15, 2021-10-14, 20201-10-13, 2021-10-12, and 2021-10-11. You can probably just look at the 2021-10-17 as it was the most recent incident

What issue did you encounter and in which level did you encounter this issue?
