[2021] Potential Bug with Scalpel Inscription

Thanks for the report! This inscription can make your scalpel reload automatically, which is 1 round/0.2s. But during QA session we couldn't reproduce this issue, did you encounter this problem before? It's better to take a screenshot of this run in player information section.
