[2021] Bug: Magnetic Coil not working?

Hello, it's strange that this scroll didn't take effect. All 3 ring scrolls don't have icons to show up when taking effect, however.
Could you offer the logs on these runs with this scroll?
You can find the logs in the game folder/logfile with the adjacent timestamp then share them with us via cloud drive.

And just for clearification: Should the Magnetic Coil also emit a visual effect similar to the corrossion and fire pulses, or is the Magnetic Coil invincible to the eye? Because I actually never tried hugging an enemy while I had the coil, so I dont know if it actually would have had a physical effect on the enemy even though it didnt emit a visual affect.
