[2021] DMG bonuses Additive or Multiplicative?

Hello, if you see any description with "DMG dealt +...X%", then it's mostly multiplicative (some early-introduced addictive ones may left unchanged).
And all DMG resistance provided by scrolls/ascensions are multiplicative.
