they should made curse scrolls punish the player more not less if i see a red chest that can give me a normal scroll i should have to think if i wanna risk getting the cursed scroll or not
but instead curse scrolls are now less of a punish then before xd

well the intention of us changing the effect of these scrolls is that some of these may overly harm players when they decide to use certain meta. For example, Elemental Curse could remove your ability to cause elemental damage, which may ruin cat player's experience.
