That would be cool but unfortunately we don't have access or permissions to send Xbox system messages to players. No game studios really have that ability - only the platform itself. Which, as a gamer, is probably a good thing or you'd quickly get spammed by every single game you've ever played. :)
Unfortunately no, it can't really work that way. All the pieces of the game are intertwined so we can't just ship Campaign and not MP (or vice versa). Development is still moving along - this flight was a big milestone for the team.

So your saying I am lying? What would I gain from lying about that? The second match I quit today was 2:47 EST, and it told me "Your ban will be lifted at 5:47 PM"

I believe they are only for playing during the stress test.
Please see any of the other numerous topics on this and note that they are a manual grant given out a later date.
