As part of our Birthday Celebrations next week, 4 Teams from across the globe will battle it out in our latest HOI Event. This time however, there is a twist! We have four teams; Team Russia, Poland, Denmark & Turkey. Each team may pick one major power and three minors from the list below. Teams may not pick their namesake state!
