[2020] I'm having problems with twitch right now.

I have linked all my accounts to twitch, I tried the desktop app and the web browser, and I still can't get xp nor can I get drops Nor can I vote for events. I think it's a problem with the size of my monitor because it isn't full HD. anyone help?
