Why are the weapon skins, even at legendary rarity just such basic looking paint jobs. This is supposed to be a video game about futuristic cities all coming together and playing futuristic video games as pretty much their life. So how do we not see crazy skins with moving paint jobs and glowing weapons and crazy stuff.
The only unique looking weapons are the melee weapons because they can be made from literally anything. But the gun skins are the most basic skins I've seen.
