[2020] Unable To Open Hyper Scape

I've been having this bug for a while, where it won't allow me to open Hyper Scape. Every time I press play in Uplay it loads for a while then shows me an error message. (Screenshot provided). Can I get some help on this issue? Thank you so much in advance!
