@bartwerf I am personally still using my 980 TI for everything but generally it depends on the development process. Do you focus features or tech stack? If the min spec results from the features you want to release you end up with the min spec being a consequence.

@bartwerf If you focus tech stack to write an engine which is as powerful and efficient as possible you end up with the min spec being a business decision. How many people do you want to afford being excluded.

@bartwerf One thing missing from your question is also what 2021 means. Release in 2021 or development of 3 years starting in 2021? That would give me an idea of which VK/GL api to target.
