Getting called a Karen for this, sorry if that seems this way. Still wanting to share this for others thinking of purchasing.
My issue isn't the resolution its that there were replies that never addressed my concern. In reply to those saying they did reply, the items not showing I believe was in regard to pets and the free back pack they gave out, which is resolved. My concern is not in game but on their site where it lists your supporter badges, I had the correct listing prior to migration.

I've had a support ticket open going on 2 weeks, last reply was the 15th from support. I purchased one of the higher packs and after the migration it is gone from my account from what I can see.
I'm not happy I lost my money but at same time I don't want anyone else to have this happen.

This reply kind of answers my question but my support ticket stated that I had the badge for that pack and saw it in my account options on my account, it is no longer there so I asked for verification was still on my account.
