There is a video that explains this bug, if rell kills an enemy with no vision using her ult, this happens, linking the video here
This is super helpful. Ill get a fix in for this monday morning.
Actually while you are on this, take a look at the other videos he posted, some of them are pretty insane bug, the most recent ones like kled doesn’t get full health bar from skarrl, Jayce duplicate manamune, graves smoke generate a invisible unit etc.
The item ones Im aware of, the kled one as well (which I think we micropatched but dont hold me to it).
Ill take a look and see though.
