Well technically the way they scale didn't change (percent of base is unchanged). The base reduction of xp was in the patch notes wasn't it? -15xp on camps +15xp on camp kill for jungler

It should've been in there probs and my fault for not passing it along

This is cause base xp of camps went down (and was compensated on item) and camp xp over lvls scales off of that base number (at least in pretty sure that's what's happening). Decent chance we up scaling to compensate

The drake is a but a few champions had leftover special casing (specifically the ones with death-related passives such as Sion, Karthus, and Kog'Maw) that would allow them to still have their old Chemtech Death state + their passives. The special casing just essentially ran a check for if you have Chemtech soul, which technically, they did.

Yeah. Thanks. That’s a common report, that turning off hyper threading helps. But that still doesn’t help fix the issue. We are still trying to repro the problem internally, so that I can identify exactly why that helps. It’s not a League engine issue, and no code changes there will make a difference. I have some ideas as to what it could be, but first I need a repro.

For accomplishing the goal of "Players in the lobby can more clearly distinguish who's talking" there are executions that don't have downsides like this one. Like I mentioned elsewhere in this thread we're changing the names for 12.23!

Considered that, but when folks end up swapping roles through agreement in chat it could very quickly become confusing.
