There are some ancient beings who came to be long before Runeterra itself took form. These creatures drifted across time and space for millennia, witnessing the birth and death of entire galaxies as we witness the changing of the seasons.

Inviolus Vox has descended upon Runeterra, and waits for Aurelion Sol's command to summon all dragonkind to this lowly place.

Inviolus Vox - The Unshakeable Voice - is a single celestial mind who speaks simultaneously through countless beings spread across the cosmos. His legendary voice echoes through time and space, summoning his kin to him.

It is said to fulfill a noble purpose as the guardian of the gate that leads to the Celestial Realm, and judge mortals that would join the tapestry of stars. All that meet it must first be measured by the crystalline arbiter.

Legend tells of an Arbiter of the Peak, who is carved from the crystal of the mountain and imbued with stardust, as old and bright as the night sky.

Emir is Demacian, hopeful and a little naive, but ultimately an optimist. His journey is one of determination: while he has scaled many mountains in the past, none have been so daunting as Targon, and he intends to prove to himself that he's capable of something truly amazing.

Though each beholden to their individual aspirations, the mountain sojourners were drawn together by the daunting task ahead of them when they met at a Rakkor outpost, and agreed to work together to reach the peak.

Every bit a proud Noxian, the ambitious Haley intends to return home with victory in hand, eager to prove herself to her people. She believes the magic of the mountain should be met with skepticism - her true test is overcoming its tremendous physical challenges.

Calling all reckoners! The challenge is heating up with multi deck and pick and ban gauntlets.
