Live servers will be down for emergency maintenance beginning Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at 12:25 p.m. The servers will be unavailable for approximately 5 hours.

With this maintenance:

  • Rollback of the Live service from before servers opened after maintenance

The rollback is complete (all game data has been rolled back to the state prior to the server open). Servers are now back online!

We will be discussing the exchange issue with the Dev team today and will share an update on our plans for compensation this week. I have spawned Angel Cat and Dandy (use /target dandy twice) for the time being until next week.

The current Mysterious Dragon Slayer Weapon enchant exchange is unavailable on the Luna NPC since it is still broken and we are waiting on the hotfix for the reward exchange now from the Dev team.

Yes it is gone because of the rollback, but the Adena you used to buy the quiver is back on your character.

If you opened a Prestige Pack during the rollback period yesterday (6:00 AM PDT ~ 12:25 PM PDT), then please submit a support ticket to receive it again.

Any NCoin purchases made during the rollback period were already re-inserted on your account during the emergency maintenance yesterday.

We received the hotfix this morning and are verifying it now. Once it is ready, we will deploy it today.
