I understand, but there is no update I have on ETA currently. We are still aiming to get the game up as soon as possible, and the team is actively working. As soon as I have more to share I will do so.

We are certainly pushing for the feature, but as mentioned before, we will have to make sure with SGR before we can share or guarantee anything

The issue with promising free server transfers is that this is a feature Smilegate RPG has to develop and implement – of course we would like the feature, but because it is not currently something that exists for us to use and we cannot commit to it without SGR dev time, so we cannot guarantee a timeline or make a promise for when this will happen

I appreciate the love and support, though I totally understand that frustrations and emotions are running high. Hell, it was a bummer for our team to have to share this news too – we’re just as excited for this launch and want things to go well. It’s not the morning we all wanted for sure, but we’ll get through it and Lost Ark will be here!!

There will be new servers open when the game launches.

Server transfers cannot be instantly implemented and expected to work – server transfers have been limited to a special feature in the KR version of the game, and are not available in other clients currently, as it is not currently a fully developed feature for Lost Ark as a whole. This is something we will have to work through with Smilegate RPG if possible, but it cannot be done overnight.

You actually can still pre-download the game to prep for launch if you haven’t yet, but you cannot play yet as launch is currently delayed as the team works through a deployment issue

Waiting at the server screen won’t help, as it will require a fresh launch of the client as far as I’m aware.

I understand it’s not ideal to be separated from friends, but not limiting character creation has the potential to lead to a much bigger issue. We were already facing queues of 6-8 hours on some servers, and given the incoming influx of players, this time would only get substantially longer – in this case, it would effectively lock out both new players and players who have already been playing on the servers through Head Start. While it is absolutely a bummer that new folks can’t currently join, it aids server spread and helps to ensure that more players can keep getting in-game over the course of launch.

Server status page is offline, we’re aware and this is part of everything going on. I still don’t have a more substantial update other than things are still being worked through unfortunately, but in the meantime I’d like to remind folks to keep it cool towards each other. Opinions and emotions are fine to have, but it’s not beneficial to anyone to turn them into attacks on others.

I can’t guarantee when other servers will reopen right now since it will depend on player influx and queue management, but I do believe you will be able to hold onto that make-good pack in your product inventory

It does make sense to a degree, and this could potentially be a cool idea to explore – unfortunately none of this functionality currently exists in the game so it would have taken a lot of time to develop with Smilegate

It is delivered to the character that you boosted with the first power pass – have you checked there instead of the original character?

The team is working on it now and has a plan in place, I am just waiting to get an exact timeline to share!
