We definitely hear and understand the requests for a server transfer feature. However, as the feature does not currently permanently exist in any version of Lost Ark, this is not something we have the ability to implement immediately and we will have to work through possibilities for with Smilegate RPG.

I definitely understand that it is not ideal to not be able to join a friend’s server. We have more details to share on our plan to deal with queues that will be available later today, that we hope will help folks further.

It is important to keep in mind that servers are experiencing queues 6 - 8 hours during our paid launch – when the game goes free-to-play tomorrow, allowing players to continue to create characters on these servers would only create substantially larger queues on highly populated servers, which will prevent many, many more players from being able to get in game and effectively locking even more players out of the server (including those who have already been playing on it).

I am very sorry that you’ve run into this bug – our CS team is actively working through this issue to determine how to resolve it for all affected players. Opening up your ticket was not fruitless as it lets the team know your account is one of the ones affected, so when a resolution is in place we will be able to fix it quickly for you.

Today at 1:45 PM PT (9:45 PM UTC) we will be limiting the creation of characters by new players on servers that have extensive queue times. If you already have a character on one of these servers, you will still be able create additional characters for your Roster, but new players will not be able to join or create characters.

The following servers will have character creation limits put in place:

NA West
Mari
Valtan

NA East
Azena
Una
Regulus
Avesta

EU Central
Kadan
Trixion
Thirain
Zinnervale
Asta

This character creation limit will remain in place for the foreseeable future, and we will provide an update when it is eventually removed.

When this happens today, we will immediately be opening the following new servers for players:

EU Central
Beatrice

NA East
Elzowin

Yesterday, a database timeout led to multiple claims of Founder’s Packs and Twitch Drops for some players. This affected less than 4% of all accounts, with the majority of these players only redeeming 1-2 extra items, which did not include any additional Royal Crystals. We worked quickly to deploy a fix that has prevented additional items from being created, and are currently working with Smilegate RPG to revoke the items that were created during the period that this occurred. We expect this fix to come later today, as it is a priority for the team to keep the in-game economy intact.

It would be a great solution, but unfortunately the feature does not exist in the client right now so it is not something we can do with speed

Right now CS will be able to fix this manually if you submit a ticket. We are also looking to see if a broader fix can be put into place, but in the mesntime please submit those tickets and know it will get addressed

I understand that, and will work to get information on this plan as stated. But if the bug is occuring again, then that means the fix did not work so I need to let the team know.

Good morning. First and foremost, can any players please report if they have seen this happen further this morning?

Though the issue was fixed yesterday, if it has returned, that is important information for me to have. In the meantime, I will try to collect more information from the team on plans for addressing this further

It seems like a prevalent issue for folks.

If you are experiencing issues with your account missing the main story quest or other missing things as a result of the downtime please submit a support ticket and provide your character name, explain you were on the Galatur server, and outline what is missing from your account.
