PSA: Players on Twitter are reporting that the Arena Open is not granting Tokens for day 2 after 7 wins, and they can keep playing Day 1:

Edit: seems like it happens to ALL of them (including Crokeyz)

So play at your own risk (I was on the fence, now I'm 100% out).

Edit: comment by WotC employee "We found the issue and have pushed up a fix. It was, thankfully, very minor in nature. Provided that the fix holds, a grant for affected players should be going out soon."

I sent an email to customer service like 2 weeks ago, and I'm not getting a reply from customer service. I lost out on 4-5 Rare ICRs and 45 uncommon ICRs (probably some amount of vault value as I've uncommon complete). Maybe even missed out on Mythic, but who knows for sure. I grind 15 wins a day for the 7/9/11/13/15th wins ICRs.

I understand delays suck, since Support is pretty busy right now, but they are still your best bet if you believe you haven't received rewards of some kind. They are best equipped to look into what you've done and what you've gotten.
