So I checked today and it seems like I've gotten all of the stuff from my preorder bundles, but the sticker set I tried to purchase is still missing from both my profile tab and the store. The gold is still in my account as well (I've been holding off making any more purchases to prevent complicating the issue.) Is this something I can expect to be resolved by the end of the week as per the state of the game, or will I need to contact customer support for this?
I've heard people have difficulty with the customer support validation e-mails, so if I have to I'd rather e-mail them directly, but I wanted to verify the direct support e-mail that you can reach a legit MTGA customer rep at if it comes to that. If you could let me know if this is something that will work itself out and how to safely contact someone about it if it doesn't, I would really appreciate it!
