Thanks for posting this! We’re seeing the same results in our tests and from looking at the data. The right things are happening, just not visibly, unfortunately.

Also, the “new” tags on cards are broken right now; that’s why the card didn’t show. It’s on our “fix quickly” list.

Yes, we’re aware and actively going through the data to fix issues like this. We fixed up several cases on Friday, and will be fixing all of them soon. You should get your missing pre-order items early next week. This will likely happen silently (no award presentation), but we will get everyone fixed.

The issue around not being able to see the sticker bundle after a failed purchase is the one thing here we're still working to solve. We'll be granting those stickers to your account (and you'll keep your gold). No need to contact CS. Should happen sometime tonight.
