Am I missing something? After the update I’ve lost all my decks (a lot of them) and only have the starter decks. I went to build a new one and noticed I’ve lost all my collected cards too.

What are we supposed to do if we lost some cards but never saw/notice it?
The issues here would be all or nothing - either you have all of your things or you have a blank account. You couldn't miss a problem.
