How do they manage to patch the Brainstorm ban but not the Exalted Deeds ban?
Because we discovered the Brainstorm bug internally shortly after the build went live, and didn't learn about the Book bug until player reports several hours later. Book will be fixed soon.
It would be really nice to know if ICRs being replaced by gold since the last patch is going to fixed or is an intended change. @WotC_Jay
Not sure exactly what you're referring to here (ICRs replaced where?), but I can't think of any place where made an intended change like this
Question for WotC_Jay if you are still around, me and a few others have an issue with the Free Draft Token not being awarded when buying the Mastery Pass after the backend update (see here)
Any news on this issue?
This is a bug, and we're working on getting a fix out quickly. Once we have that out we will make sure that anyone who ran into this problem gets the proper rewards.
u/WotC_Jay FYI, since most recent update uncommon individual card rewards for 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, and 15 wins have been absent on my account. As a predominantly free to play player I try to reach 15 wins daily for a chance at upgrades. Since I have all standard uncommons, this usually amounts to 1.8% total vault value. But I occasionally get rare and mythic upgrades. Feel like this is a crucial reward for FTP players. I sincerely hope this can be looked into and fixed as soon as possible.

Hello u/WotC_Jay , I can't see a single word from WotC about people still stuck with accounts not working at all, including me as you can guess. Many people still get stuck with a "system message" error which seems to come from an unsuccessful migration of their account. Myself and other players would like to be reassured that WotC is working on this issue. Thank you.
We're definitely looking into these issues, but we're having trouble reproing and therefore don't have much information to give. Are you sure that you've updated to the latest client (2021.8.0.XXX in the bottom-left on the initial loading screen)?

We're actively looking into this, but unfortunately haven't been able to repro it, so we don't have much info to give. The best way to help would be attaching logs on those bug reports.
Yes, 2021.8.0.950. Actually I can play with any account but mine. Still stuck with the same error. Someone with the same problem sent me his error log and it said "migration unsuccessful". So I'm guessing that for some reason, some accounts got "rejected" from the update.
As for me, I wasn't aware of this update and I thought my device had a bug, so I logged out and requested a new password during the maintenance. I don't know if it's of any help, but maybe it created a bug in the command line or something (I'm not much into computer as you would guess)
We believe we've fixed all known "migration unsuccessful" issues (but there may still be some unknown ones). Could you PM me your account name and number (name#1234)?

They do reset every 24h, there's just a bug now making that happen at a different time for each user. We should have a fix out soon.
