This information is intended as a workaround for players who are experiencing issues updating or installing MTG Arena using the current launcher. If you encounter any issues when using this method, please be aware that customer support may be unable to provide any additional assistance.
Note: This will not work if you have previously installed using the Windows Installer Package (e.g. Version 1615, 1539, etc.) If you have previously installed using a .msi file, see below for information on updating with the Windows Installer patch (.msp).
Note that I am definitely passing along the feedback to our devs.
Personal opinion: It isn't hard to get six wins in a short amount of time, so I don't see what the big deal is.
You have 2 days and 3 hours - not 3 days. Just start it a day earlier, or at least at a decent time on Sunday for those not in the US

Developer Note: These updates are shipping with the July 25th game update, which means players will need to update the game first to experience these improvements going forward.

The patch with the priority update for off-phase permanents is coming tomorrow. One warning: if you want to perform multiple actions in response to something during a phase where MtG: Arena doesn't want to stop, you should either place a manual stop or enter full control before performing the first action. Currently we only pump the breaks once, although I think we'll be changing it to give you priority for the rest of the step in a future patch. #wotc_staff
