IF YOU HAVE ANY PERFORMANCE ISSUES, PLEASE LET US KNOW AND REPORT THEM VIA BUG SUPPORT! Performance issues are very, very hard for us to pinpoint because there are so many reasons as to why they could be happening. The more data we have, the more we can look into a specific issue that someone is having, and figure out what is happening.

P.S. In the time it takes you to make a forum post, you could have reported it at https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us. Please do that before posting.

If anyone is having performance issues, PLEASE let us know via the support link. Provide game logs, specifics on when performance issues start happening, etc. Be as specific as you can.

Data helps us figure out what and where the issue is (if it’s on our end). We can’t look into it without data.
Can't make any logs if I can never get into the game.
It keeps going UNRESPONSIVE then asks me to RECONNECT.

And that is something you should let our support team know about! They can try to see what is wrong, help you troubleshoot, and pass along the issue to the devs if it is something that they need to know about.

I'll sell you a bundle of crash logs for $50, if you're interested. :P
Sorry, take it or leave it, there's no other options.
I guess you'll just have to figure out your bugs on your own. :(

Performance issues can be a result of many, MANY things. Unfortunately that makes it very hard for us to reproduce and tackle. For example, one person on our forums had their performance issues fixed when they bought a new ethernet cable haha.

If you don't want to help us, that's fine, but it's a little hard for us to help you if you don't provide data. :...

This is a bug. The intent is that muting the opp stops all pet animations, but there’s a bug that can cause the petting anim to get stuck on. We thought we had a fix in this update, but found out at the last minute that it didn’t fully prevent the problem. Should be fixed soon.

Thanks for the report, I see where the problem is ("exile until" effects specifically create return zone changes from the exile zone - since the Commander didn't end up there, the return effectively "fizzles"). We should have this fixed for the full rollout of Brawl. #wotc_staff
