by the way, this is the kind of the thread we are having every other week or so and many people give OP's of these threads good reasons: sometimes AFK's happen, sometimes life get's in the way (i have times where i just started a game and my 4 year old started yelling he had pooped and needed his ass whiped) but yes sometimes you meet a salty nut

if you are playing an event (like sealed, draft).. wait them out and use that time to report (WOTC most likely won't do a whole lot and everyone can have a technical oopsie or life issue that got in the way but [[58194,users]] has said a couple of months ago regarding the no nexus win debacle that they DO take care, espescially if they see certain names pop up more regularly)

if not and it's just play or ranked, either report them or concede

Also thank you for looking into the problem.

My edit made my original reply weird. Either way it's fine.

if not and it's just play or ranked, either report them or concede
(preferably the first since the second option might encourage the intentional behaviour)

in life though, a little patience goes a long way...

This is exactly the kind of confusion that arises when people falsely talk about a 1000 XP cap per day. There is no such cap. You can earn as much as your quests give.
For those that play every day and clear everything that awards XP, the maximum they'll get is 1000 XP per day and no more. Hence some people have started talking about a cap or limit per day, which I repeat is non-existent.

So you're saying I'll go up two levels in one day? I thought WOTC clearly said they we're only allowing one level a day. I believe you I just wanted to clarify.

There is absolutely no cap. Do you remember where you think you heard us say this?

Hitting level 100 isn't meant to even be ideal so why would you want that? Stop thinking of the Mastery System as a mini game; it's not like "go hit level 99 fishing to get a cape".
There's just one reason, basically. Card sleeves at level 100.

Okay I guess it is EXACTLY like the fishing cape hahaha.

If you play say on a Wednesday and Sunday and complete the quests+wins, you get 5200xp (2600xp for all three quests+daily wins per day). This is because each day you receive a new quest. Roll that up with other chances to get xp you can push 6 levels. That's three boosters a week.
Ideally that would work out, but you shouldn't discount that there are literal "Weekend Warriors" that only get 1-2 days over a weekend which would put them at 2600 to 3600 xp/week. In trying to get a completed mastery pass, these players won't ever see the further rewards no matter which scenario. Of course the season pass may or may not be of value to them, but it is still possibly a good chunk less rewards for their play then they are used to.

I am not discounting them. I am admittedly...
