For those getting "system is down for maintenance," what region are you located in?
For people who are getting "system down", what internet browsers do you use/did you use to download the game? Weird question but please let me know.

Sure, agree. But then it is happening always when new set comes to MTGA. So, one could ask if you have learned anything from previous 2 sets?
P.S. There is zero need to be nasty. We're working on things as quickly as possible. Things happen, it's a live game.

I think if you're seeing "system is down for maintenance," try closing out the game and booting it back up. Let me know if that works.

You need a special client to play in Early Access events - you should have received an email with instructions from someone at WotC with a download link for it.

Truth be told I use to be super pissed but I just remembered the response from you guys regarding the best of 3 event and you guys did super awesome. I just want it known I’m not trying to knock Jay, he seems like a great guy and it’s very possible he is basing his conclusions regarding the meta based on data that we can’t see. I don’t envy him regarding this situation after just getting the promotion and I hope he knows it’s very unlikely anyone else could do any better and I wish him the best.
