As the title states, based on her passive Shuri should grant herself energy upon acquiring Defense up. If she is lvl 3 fortiifer she spawns with minor defense up. This will NOT grant her energy and upon using her special turn 1 to give herself D up she will once again NOT grant herself energy. Somehow the minor D up is messing with her ability to get energy from D up.
This could explain why you haven't had Shuri cooldowns ready for node 2 or the boss in some cases. I know this has personally made me spend a lot of heals and cores reviving Shuri.
This was discovered by my Alliance mate who brought it up to CC Dorky Dad who then brought it to Reminax who tested and confirmed on stream the bug. Rem has since posted it in the CC envoy chat so hopefully we get a speedy resolution.
Random side though, imagine if this bug gave Shuri 2 energy instead of 0, it would have been noticed and fixed a long time ago lol.
As annoying as this bug is, this isn't an entitled post about compensation, I just really want the bug fixed. 2.3 tech is hard enough without your only survivability character not working properly.
