Thanks for this feedback. Currently the app does not support watching in full screen. We will be looking into delivering this capability in an upcoming app update but currently have no ETA.
On top of the app just not working after a few minutes, the website doesn't even work for me. After signing in, it tells me to sign in again. Refreshing does nothing and I'm stuck in a loop of signing in. This is why I hate viewership-incentive drops on any game.

I just watched to get the knife skin. App kept crashing I got 17/30 before the match was over. You would have thought someone would have tested the app to see if it could handle the stress. I guess the same person is in charge of handling operator assignments tracking. IW is starting be just like EA and that clusterF**k Battlefirld V. Guess i won't be getting the knife skin. Read moreI jut wanted the knife. Got to 29 minutes, but then the app wouldnt stay open for more than 10 seconds at a time so i never got the last minute. I watched for well over an hour, but couldnt get 30 full minutes. No less than 45 minutes were spent trying to get that last minute.
I legitimately cannot even fathom how they managed to make an app this f**king terrible. You would have to make a concerted effort to produce something this bad.

Hi. We made another post in response to your main post above but I wanted to clarify with an additional response on this comment too. The randomized drops (including the beta codes and the champs pack) were eligible to anyone who watched for any amount of time during the day associated with the corresponding drop (Saturday for the champs pack & Sunday for the beta codes). If you received a randomized drop while viewing a stream you would see a notification on either the Companion App or CDL website. If you didn't see a notification but still happened to be selected as part of the people who received a randomized drop you will still get an email in the following days with more information about your randomized reward.
