@TKbreezy I put some adjustments here, the sair has 6 more frames of whiff recovery, but can cancel earlier by 2 frames on hit for the next build.

@brunozoto1 @TKbreezy the short hop attack bug is fixed we're putting out a fix very soon

@TKbreezy It has a lot of whiff recovery, but it can be canceled before the active frames, will think about this more

I’m thinking about giving armor pierce on Batman’s Neutral Special bomb, but nerfing batarang pick up cooldown a bit. This should make Batman have more responses to bad matchups. The increased cooldown and projectile fixes to destroy batarang should give more counterplay

@salfornothing Some nerfs are coming this patch. Dair whiff recovery added and active frame adjustments to Bug Bunny's up air.
